At the beginning of my career, I was skeptical about becoming a leader. I couldn’t imagine being responsible for other people's jobs and lives. The thought that I would need to make all the decisions made my imposter syndrome even worse. It was all caused by my misconceptions about leadership.
I realized that everything I thought about leadership wasn’t true and that it was something completely different. It was something I had been doing all along—helping people win.
“If you want to build a ship,
don't drum up the people
to gather wood, divide the
work, and give orders.Instead, teach them to yearn
for the vast and endless sea.”- Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

What Tools Does the Toolkit Include?
Soft skills - improving leadership, communication, and decision-making,
Software tools - learning project management, collaboration, and development tools,
